Honouring Women and Allies Shaping the Future of Food Systems at the 2026 Women in Food & Agribusiness Global Awards

Building on more than a decade of impact through Guzakuza, global nominations are now open for the Women in Food & Agribusiness Global Awards 2026, recognising excellence across the global food and agribusiness ecosystem.

United Kingdom, 7th Aug 2026 — Global nominations are now open for the Women in Food & Agribusiness (WiFAI) Global Awards 2026 , an international awards programme recognising women and allies whose work is advancing food and agribusiness through leadership, entrepreneurship, research, innovation, investment, sustainability and industry.

The Awards will be presented during the WiFAI Global Summit & Awards, taking place in London on 29 October 2026, bringing together leaders from across the global food and agribusiness ecosystem.

The WiFAI Global Awards builds on more than a decade of work by Guzakuza, an organisation that has created platforms, programmes and partnerships supporting women across food systems. Through leadership initiatives, international convenings and professional networks, Guzakuza has connected more than 11,000 women across 36 countries, contributing to collaboration and knowledge exchange across the sector.

The Awards continue that commitment by providing an international platform to recognise excellence across the food value chain and to highlight individuals and organisations contributing to the development of food systems around the world.

“The WiFAI Global Awards reflects the next stage in our journey of recognising leadership and creating opportunities across food systems,” said Nana Adjoa, Founder of Guzakuza and Convener of WiFAI Global.

“For more than a decade, Guzakuza has convened leaders, supported entrepreneurs and created platforms that bring people together. The WiFAI Global Awards extends that work by recognising excellence across the international food and agribusiness community.”
